Another great book by Ankit

Another great book by Ankit. I'm not really a coffee lover, though - it gives me palpitations I don't know why. There are still a lot of breakfast options he specified with his 'personal touch.' The recipe of Bacon Cauliflower Salad is a great combination of raw and crunchy texture of the cauliflower plus the bacon adding more flavor to it. All recipes take only about 15 minutes on average to prepare so it's a great option for busy, health-conscious people like me.

Healthier Alernatives to common foods

A recipe book that gives us a much healthier alternative recipes to common foods. I especially liked the spinach broccoli frittata. The author gives great directions for all 50 recipes throughout the book a long with a detailed description of each. Seeing things in almost every ingredient list such as “grass-fed” and “organic” I know these recipes probably healthier and better for people in the longterm than their usual counterparts which would NOT use these things as substitutes. Based on all the potential benefits I have heard about from eating bulletproof recipes, I doubt anyone would regret incorporating recipes like this into their daily diet. It could help you lose weight, make your brain function better, make you look/feel younger based on what I've read about Dave Asprey author of the bestselling book “The Bulletproof Diet”. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in eating as healthy as possible or looking to lose weight.

This is one of the most amazing cook book for slow cook that I've ever read! Only looking at those recipes makes me hungry. It's also amazing on how fast you can cook your food at the same time on a diet while eating healthy! It's easy to read so the instructions were made simple and at the same time easy to prepare. For this fast-paced life, we need to prepare food fast and at the same time healthy. I didn't know it was possible before.
